Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver local talent development programs
- Implement mentoring frameworks for high-potential talent
- Lead development initiatives for leaders and frontline leaders
- Own succession planning for critical roles
- Define and embed career paths, competency frameworks, and gap-closing actions
- Partner with leaders to translate talent reviews into development actions
- Drive a strong learning culture across the cluster
- Lead learning needs analysis and ensure relevant, business-focused development solutions
- Support learning platforms and collaborative knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Support the step-change of Frontline Learning Academy
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent and development
- Track and report on effectiveness and impact of talent initiatives
What Would Make You Successful
- You will have at least 1-3 years HR experience, with focus on Talent Management and learning and development
- Expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and career architecture
- You can translate insights into practical solutions, helping shape talent initiatives that support our long‑term business direction.
- You quickly understand the commercial context and design people practices that create real value for our teams and the business.
- You build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and engage stakeholders to drive alignment and impact.
- You take accountability, follow through on commitments, and play an active role in supporting and embedding change across the organization.
