Job Description
Talent Operations at AD Ports Group is responsible for leading the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development services within the Global HR Shared Services division. This role is pivotal in ensuring that talent processes are standardized, digitized, and scalable across a complex, multi-cluster organization operating in over 50 countries.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations Oversight
- Lead the operational delivery of recruitment services, ensuring streamlined requisition management, approvals, job postings, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding logistics.
- Implement and monitor SLAs for hiring timelines and quality metrics.
- Optimize vendor utilization and recruitment channels, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
Talent Development Operations Oversight
- Manage the execution of learning and development programs, including training logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and learning systems administration.
- Oversee administration of talent programs such as graduate and leadership development initiatives.
- Track employee development plans and training completion to ensure workforce readiness.
Shared Services Process Optimization
- Standardize talent processes across all entities and business units.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, service catalogues, and RASIs.
- Implement automation and digital workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA) frameworks, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting structures.
- Support internal and external audits related to talent processes.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Establish dashboards for recruitment metrics, training effectiveness, service SLAs, and utilization.
- Provide leadership with insights on talent pipeline efficiency and development ROI.
- Use analytics to recommend improvements and support workforce decisions.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Talent Operations strategy in alignment with organizational workforce and growth plans.
- Translate corporate talent priorities into operational roadmaps, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
- Establish and maintain shared services governance frameworks for all talent processes.
- Act as the main operational interface between business units and talent services.
- Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through responsive and reliable service delivery.
- Conduct service reviews and implement feedback-driven improvements.
People Management Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the talent operations staff.
- Set performance objectives and monitor delivery quality.
- Foster a service-oriented, solution-focused team culture.
Qualifications
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Language Skills:
Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
Years of Experience:
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
Nature of Experience:
Experience in HR operations or shared services
Experience in Talent acquisition and development operations
Experience in Managing teams in large, matrixed organizations
