Role Objective
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from market research and product development to sales enablement and performance optimization ensuring successful product launches and effective market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Design and develop new products, including structure, pricing, and positioning.
- Source and finalize trainers, commercials, and delivery models.
- Develop deep product expertise and create internal sales documentation.
- Train and enable sales, service, and operations teams.
- Monitor sales quality, prevent mis-selling, and provide corrective coaching.
- Track product performance and continuously optimize based on feedback and results.
