Our Company is seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership across the EU and MENA regions. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a remote environment.

In this position, you will act as a key support partner, helping executives manage schedules, communications, and strategic tasks. Your ability to anticipate needs, stay organized, and handle sensitive information will directly contribute to improved efficiency and effective decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel across multiple time zones
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
Prepare documents, reports, and briefing materials for meetings
Organize and maintain digital files, records, and executive documentation
Track tasks, follow up on priorities, and ensure timely completion of action items
Assist with meeting coordination, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
Support special projects and ad hoc executive requests
