The Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs across the assigned properties within Modon Hospitality. The role ensures that all colleagues have the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to deliver brand standards, exceed guest expectations, and support business objectives. The incumbent will lead the L&D agenda, embed a culture of continuous learning, and partner with Heads of Department to build capability at every level, from line colleagues to emerging leaders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field; CIPD, ATD, train-the-trainer, or coaching certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of training and L&D experience within luxury or upper-upscale hospitality, with at least 2 years in a Training Manager role.
- Multi-property or cluster experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working with international hotel operators is strongly preferred.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- GCC experience preferred; UAE experience is essential.
Skills & Competencies
- Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong instructional design capability across classroom, digital, and blended formats.
- Hands-on knowledge of LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and learning analytics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs across multiple properties.
