Role: AI & Digital Learning Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 10000 AED to 15000 AED only.
Responsibilities:
AI & Digital Learning Implementation
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled and digital learning solutions to enhance teaching, learning, and school operations.
Lead pilot programs and optimize digital platforms to ensure effective adoption and measurable outcomes.
Improve operational efficiency through AI applications, including automation of reporting, documentation, and workflows.
Apply AI tools at both instructional and operational levels to support academic delivery and administrative processes.
Classroom Integration & Inclusive Practice
Drive the integration of AI and digital tools into daily classroom teaching practices.
Collaborate closely with therapists to align digital learning strategies with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and student-specific goals.
Adapt tools and content to support neurodiverse learners, considering communication, sensory, and behavioral needs.
Maintain consistent classroom engagement to monitor implementation effectiveness and learning impact.
Digital Platforms & Tools
Manage and support the use of digital learning platforms such as CENTURY Tech, Seesaw, Epraise, and LanguageNut, along with other AI-enabled and assistive technologies.
Ensure consistent utilization and long-term adoption of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools across the school.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Enable therapists and clinical teams to leverage AI-driven insights for tracking student progress, engagement, and outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support both educational and clinical decision-making.
Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve teaching methods and individualized interventions.
Training & Staff Enablement
Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff capability in using AI and digital tools effectively.
Provide ongoing coaching and hands-on support to therapists and educators.
Develop practical resources, including guidelines, toolkits, and best practice examples.
Monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of digital tools, ensuring sustained and impactful usage.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work collaboratively with education, clinical, and IT teams to implement integrated digital solutions.
Act as the central point of contact for AI and digital learning initiatives within the organization.
Support vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies and platforms.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure all AI and digital practices comply with ADEK regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
