We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive the training and capability agenda across our retail network. The role will focus on enhancing employee performance, customer experience, and sales productivity through structured training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop and deliver training programs for retail teams including store staff, supervisors, and managers
- Drive onboarding and induction programs for new hires across stores
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, mystery shopping, and KPI reviews
- Conduct field coaching and store visits to assess training effectiveness and provide real-time feedback
- Collaborate with business leaders to improve sales performance and customer experience
- Develop product training modules and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Manage and track training budgets, calendars, and effectiveness metrics
- Implement e-learning platforms and digital learning tools
- Evaluate training impact using KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates, and staff retention
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers (if applicable)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development within retail/Luxury Retail
- Strong experience in sales training, customer experience, and retail operations
- Proven ability to design and execute training frameworks and competency models
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with multi-store or regional retail operations
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools is an advantage
