We are looking for an experienced L&D & Culture Specialist to join our HR Strategy – OD & Talent Management team.

The role will support the execution of the Group-wide learning agenda across multiple business sectors, with a strong focus on training coordination, learning content development, facilitation, LMS administration, evaluation, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training programs, schedules, nominations, and logistics.

• Develop training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning content, and assessments.

• Facilitate assigned training programs and workshops.

• Administer LMS, training records, attendance, certificates, and learning data.

• Analyze training evaluations, knowledge-gain results, and prepare reports and dashboards.

• Support culture and employee engagement surveys and related initiatives.

• Coordinate with training providers, universities, accredited institutes, and relevant external programs.

• Ensure learning documentation, data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a related HR function.

• Experience in training content/material development and assessment design.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation.

• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools is preferred.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Excellent organization, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
