Senior Learning & Development Specialist (UAEN)
We are looking to hire an Emirati to join our Learning & Development team in a high‑impact, hands‑on role.
This position is ideal for an Emirati professional who is detail‑driven, analytical, and execution‑focused, and who wants to build a strong career in Learning, Talent Development, or People Analytics.
🎯 About the Role
Reporting to the L&D Leader (and working closely with the L&D Assistant Manager), this role acts as the operational and data backbone of the L&D function.
This is:
- ❌ Not a junior coordination role
- ❌ Not a pure training design role
- ✅ A senior, hands‑on role with real ownership and visibility
You will be responsible for L&D data, reporting, training operations, LMS analytics, and Emirati program tracking.
📊 Key Responsibilities
L&D Data, Reporting & Dashboards
- Own L&D trackers, reports, and dashboards (Excel / PowerPoint)
- Provide insights on attendance, completion, compliance, and trends
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit‑ready data
Training Operations & Logistics
- Manage training calendars, scheduling, and communications
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions
- Ensure smooth execution of learning activities
LMS / HR Systems Analytics
- Work hands‑on with LMS and HR systems from a reporting perspective
- Support LMS/system transitions (data and reporting side)
- Maintain accurate learning records and history
Emirati Programs & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support and track Emirati Development Programs (EDP‑related)
- Coordinate with participants, facilitators, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow‑ups and issue resolution
Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned processes
- Improve reporting, tracking, and workflows
- Reduce manual work through structure and automation

- Strong data and analytics mindset
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, tables)
- Experience working with LMS or HR systems (analytics/reporting)
- Ability to prepare clear PPT summaries for leadership
- High ownership, accountability, and reliability
- Strong organisation and execution capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
