Position Overview
The Learning & Development Manager will lead the development of training courses for our Advisory Digital (AD) teams. This individual will guide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in creating comprehensive, CPE-eligible content. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who can align content with strategic goals, ensure quality and consistency, and coordinate the CPE accreditation process.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the content development initiative.
- Manage and motivate SMEs to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate timelines and workflows for content development with SMEs.
- Ensure course content is finalized by mid-September 2025.
- Oversee the CPE credit application and approval process.
- Facilitate collaboration among SMEs to ensure consistent training materials.
- Support SMEs in developing course content on topics including:
- Operating Model deep dives
- Hard and technical skills
- AI-related skills
- Developer skills
- Project Management/Business Analysis (PM/BA PPM)
- Soft skills
- Stakeholder management
- Guide SMEs in structuring content for 1–2 hour sessions.
- Proofread course materials for clarity, accuracy, and cohesion.
- Provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with educational and organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all CPE credit documentation requirements.
- Maintain high standards of content quality and relevance.
- Evaluate content to confirm alignment with strategic objectives and learner needs.
- Report regularly on the progress of content development and accreditation.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding course objectives and updates.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent proofreading and editing capabilities.
- Familiarity with CPE accreditation processes is a plus.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed project execution.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with SMEs and internal teams.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
