Vice President, Enterprise Learning & Development
The Vice President of Enterprise Learning & Development is responsible for designing and executing an enterprise-wide learning strategy that strengthens talent pipelines, builds leadership capability, and supports long-term growth. This leader ensures meaningful learning opportunities exist for employees at all levels and drives innovation in how development is delivered. The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is part of the HR leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Learning Strategy
- Partner with business and talent leaders to design and scale learning programs, including technical training, leadership development, business development, and experiential learning.
- Build tailored sales and growth training initiatives to strengthen revenue-generating capabilities.
- Leverage technology, data, and industry trends to modernize delivery methods and measure ROI.
- Align learning solutions with workforce planning and business objectives.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Develop and implement leadership programs from emerging leaders through senior executives.
- Support succession planning and integrate coaching, mentoring, and assessments into development pathways.
- Champion organizational change and culture initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of learning professionals, aligning resources with organizational priorities.
- Provide coaching, development opportunities, and performance management for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent, or organizational development, ideally in a professional services or knowledge-based environment.
- 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
- Proven record of building scalable programs in complex, high-growth settings.
- Strong communication, change leadership, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with modern learning technologies, platforms, and best practices.
