Tiger is working with a premier brand that has a very distinctive identity in the market with their unique marketing and brand campaigns. This company was founded in 1918 and has been steadily growing ever since. They are currently looking for a Director of Learning and Development to lead their SAP training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy for our SAP ERP rollout
- Partner with the ERP project team, functional leads, and external vendors to create engaging and effective training
- Work with business leaders to ensure B2B customers are aware of upcoming changes and know how to utilize new systems and processes.
- Work with 3rd party vendor partners to ensure proper documentation and training materials are available
- Establish feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness
- Conduct a comprehensive training needs assessment across the organization
- Identify gaps in current tools, systems, and content delivery methods to recommend scalable learning technologies/platforms
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a functional learning roadmap
- Build strong relationships with department heads to co-create learning plans
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in learning and development
- Demonstrated success leading L&D efforts in a technology-driven change environment, ideally including ERP or SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience expanding learning platforms to multiple functions in an enterprise, including HR, Retail and Sales, Customer Service
- Experience developing scalable training strategies using best in class technology and processes
- Experience with L&D platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP, digital adoption platforms) and training content development tools
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Retail industry experience plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, PMP) a plus.
