This is a Hybrid role that requires being able to go onsite at least 2-3 times a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across the organization and with internal stakeholders to build relationships, understand business needs, and ensure smooth execution of learning programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps or opportunities and design development solutions.
- Contribute to evaluating program effectiveness to ensure alignment with IT and talent development goals.
- Provide day-of support for the Emerging Talent Program (onboarding & internship) including setup, facilitating learning activities, arranging guest speakers, booking venues, and other event needs.
- Develop and implement work plans for learning and development projects, initiatives, and programs.
- Support leadership and professional development sessions with onsite logistics.
- Provide creative support for learning materials.
- Develop engaging learning activities tailored to adult learners in a technical environment.
- Create communications and collaborate with creative partners to enhance materials.
- Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and communications for learning programs via the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting needs for program success metrics. Analyze results and recommend program enhancements.
- Exemplifies continuous learning mindset to stay current on talent development industry best practices and approaches.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or talent development
- Results oriented with ability to set and manage multiple priorities using strong organizational, process, project, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting live learning events and managing logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including attendance tracking and communications
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field
- Experience working for a global company and a partially remote workforce
- Experience working in IT or technical environments
- Experience supporting emerging talent or leadership development programs
- Experience working in a learning management system
