Strategic Becoming is a Vancouver-based personal development company built around identity-level transformation — structured inner work that changes not just behavior but the self behavior comes from.
We’re inviting a small number of experienced professionals into an independent consulting role that draws on their background in people development, leadership, or organizational work.
THE WORKAs a Development Transformation Consultant you’ll introduce people to Grounded Becoming — a twelve-shift courseware program that guides clients through progressive identity-level change across three courses. You’ll identify whether the work is the right fit for someone, have honest conversations about where they are in their development, and support their engagement with the material.
This role is a natural fit for someone whose professional background has been about developing people — whether in a corporate, educational, or consulting context — and who is ready to bring that experience into something more personally meaningful and independently structured.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have a background in people development, learning and development, leadership, or organizational consulting
- Are comfortable working independently and building relationships through both digital outreach and direct conversation
