ACCIONA is a global leader in sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy, delivering innovative, forward-thinking solutions in over 40 countries. We’re proud to be shaping some of the most complex and transformative infrastructure projects in North America.
The Senior HR Business Partner is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting ACCIONA’s Canadian operations. Created as a result of the company’s continued growth and strong project portfolio, this role reflects the evolving needs of our business and people.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, the role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, work across multiple stakeholders, and deliver practical HR solutions. It combines HR partnership with a strong operational focus, requiring a hands-on approach to execution across a wide range of activities.
The role partners with employees, managers, leadership, and HR colleagues, contributing to HR operations, talent initiatives, and the execution of ACCIONA’s people strategy. Working closely with the Talent Operations Director, it plays a key role in keeping things moving day-to-day, taking the lead on initiatives, and working side by side to make sure priorities are delivered.
This is an opportunity for someone adaptable and solutions-oriented, who is comfortable navigating both operational and more complex HR matters. The role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as ACCIONA continues to grow.
The role is based in-office in Mississauga, close to the airport, with periodic presence required at project sites across the GTA and occasional travel within Canada, with some flexibility for broader travel if required.
