KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage professional skills curriculum
Design and enhance learning courses
Maintain SLAs and reporting standards
Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and drive strategic initiatives
Collaborate on marketing and learning engagement projects
Work closely with project managers on future milestones and planning
Analyze and execute data-driven learning insights
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
