Job Description
This is a 16 months contract located in Toronto, Ont /Hybrid

JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
- Provides a broad range of learning support across planning, implementation, evaluation, operations, and reporting to support and advise the L&D portfolio.
- Analyzes and supports the development and execution of L&D solutions as per line of business prioritized initiatives. In addition to core Learning Specialist responsibilities, this role can lead selected low-to medium-complex initiatives end-to-end, functioning as a beginner-intermediate dual Learning Solutions Architect (LSA) / Project Manager (PM), while supporting large pan-portfolio and line-of-business (LOB) initiatives under the direction of the Lead LSA.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
Coordination in the L&D space
review data & perform analysis
translate findings to PowerPoint for executive consumption
Previous experience with MS Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) pivot tables
Strong communication skills
Strong Organizational skills
Self-starter and taking initiative
Detail orientated
