🕒 Full-time: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
🌟 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM III) to lead Learning & Development (L&D) projects within a collaborative HR team. This role focuses on delivering mid to high complexity training initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing learning strategies across multiple business lines.
🧩 What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of L&D projects (ILT, eLearning, webinars, workshops, etc.)
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Drive stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external vendors
- Oversee creation and deployment of training assets & learning solutions
- Support vendor selection and onboarding
- Ensure strong governance and reporting across all project phases
- Contribute to Agile / hybrid project delivery practices
✅ Must-Have Experience
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience delivering Learning & Development projects
- Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (highly regulated environments)
- Proficiency with MS Project & MS Office Suite
- Experience managing medium–high complexity projects
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum (hybrid approach preferred)
- Strong communication, organization & stakeholder management skills
⭐ Nice-to-Have
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
- Experience with LMS / LXP platforms
- Familiarity with eLearning tools (Articulate, SCORM, xAPI)
- Tools like Confluence or Tableau
