Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the execution of learning and training programs
- Manage training operations including communications, Teams invites, participant tracking, and scheduling logistics
- Maintain dashboards, reports, initiative trackers, and program documentation
- Analyze program data, track milestones, and provide insights/recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver learning initiatives
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications to participants and business partners
- Support digital learning assets and recorded webinar editing using Microsoft 365 tools
- Document meeting notes, action items, and program updates
- Support ongoing strategic learning initiatives and operational improvements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with AI-enabled tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Hands-on experience using Power Automate
- Experience supporting programs, projects, or training operations
