Why This Role Exists
Our network needs learning that lands. Generic content built by people who have never stood behind a counter or an oven does not move the needle on sell-through, SPT, or operational consistency. Content built by someone who has lived the reality of a COBS bakery does.
The Impact
- Higher engagement and completion across all learning programs.
- Faster content turnaround through short-form video, microlearning, and repurposing.
- A more responsive L&D function that meets the network where it is
We thank all applicants for their interest in COBS Bread but would like to advise that only applicants shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
