We are a mid-size software development company with strong growth potential, seeking a Director of People & Culture to shape the future of our organization. This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and driving innovation through people.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Culture
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, talent strategy, and employee experience
- Foster a culture of inclusion, performance, and innovation
- Lead initiatives related to team health, engagement, DEI, and retention
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management
- Own the end-to-end candidate funnel, from sourcing to offer stage
- Refine processes for inbound applications, referrals, and recruiter-submitted candidates
- Build and maintain a structured talent pool database with segmented pipelines (pre-qualified candidates, niche skillsets, alumni, future needs)
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the tech and consulting sectors
- Oversee candidate communication workflows to ensure a consistent, high-touch experience
- Partner with marketing on branding content such as culture blogs and team spotlights
People Operations & Lifecycle
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure strong first and last impressions
- Develop frameworks for performance management, goal setting, and feedback
- Manage core People policies (leave, compliance, benefits) in collaboration with legal/ops
- Leverage systems and tools to streamline HR operations and workflows
Team Development & Coaching (Longer Term)
- Design and oversee learning and development programs
- Provide coaching and development support to people managers and executives
- Champion internal mobility and career progression pathways
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in People & Culture leadership roles, ideally within tech or consulting environments
- Strong track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Passion for fostering inclusive, innovative, and high-performance cultures
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000 – $175,000
