Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Program Design: Develop, manage, and implement professional skills learning paths and high-impact courses designed to build critical organizational capabilities.
- Technology Alignment: Plan and execute a learning technology roadmap (LMS/LXP tech stack) to ensure efficient program delivery and drive innovative, AI-driven digital learning solutions.
- Operations & Scalability: Oversee operational methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance training efficiency, maintain strict SLAs, optimize COE operations, and scale programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Data Analytics & Measurement: Partner with HR and business units to establish data analytics and measurement tools. Analyze metrics and insights to prepare monthly and quarterly reports, assessing the impact of learning interventions on individual performance and business outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison between the Global Learning COE and other HR departments to ensure cohesive learning strategies. Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, and external learning vendors to drive engagement and future milestones.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage and mentor a matrix/project-based team of learning professionals, setting clear priorities, allocating resources, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Anticipate future skill gaps and industry trends to keep the organization competitive. Troubleshoot complex operational problems using critical thinking and embed a continuous learning model that promotes organizational agility.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in learning and education, corporate instructional design, or talent development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strategic Learning & Business Alignment: Proven track record of designing and implementing comprehensive learning initiatives and professional skills programs that align directly with business objectives.
- Learning Technologies: Robust experience planning, executing, or managing learning technology roadmaps, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learner Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in utilization of data analytics and measurement tools to evaluate program effectiveness, track KPIs, and deliver actionable reporting.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring learning professionals and building strong partnerships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a highly consultative approach, strong project management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Relevant professional certifications in Learning & Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development/Psychology, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with innovative, emerging learning technologies (e.g., AI-driven learning solutions, immersive platforms).
- Strong familiarity with change management, continuous improvement best practices, and innovative marketing approaches to foster a continuous learning culture.
- Past exposure to or active participation in broader industry forums or strategic leadership committees.
