Salary: €80,000 – €85,000
A leading education organisation based in South Dublin is seeking an experienced Head of Learning Operations to oversee the delivery, quality, and performance of its programme portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of all programmes and executive education offerings
- Coordinate effectively with faculty, learners, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme execution
- Manage programme planning, scheduling, administration, and operational risk
- Oversee the full programme lifecycle, from planning and delivery to evaluation and renewal
- Ensure programmes align with client objectives while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Track programme performance across educational, operational, and commercial metrics
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programme delivery
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance data
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
Requirements
- Degree-qualified
- 7–10 years’ experience in programme management or education operations
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior leadership or management role
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in cross-functional environments
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments is desirable
- Certifications such as Lean, PMP, Prince2, or similar are advantageous
