A leading education provider based in South Dublin is hiring an exceptional Head of Learning Operations to lead the operational delivery, quality and performance of its programme portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, disciplined execution and building high-performing teams
You will lead the end-to-end operational delivery of all programmes and executive education experiences, ensuring seamless coordination between faculty, learners, clients and internal teams. You will oversee planning, scheduling, risk management and programme administration. You will remain engaged through delivery, evaluation and renewal, ensuring alignment with client objectives and identifying opportunities for growth. You will monitor educational, operational and commercial performance, providing data-driven insights to senior management. You will continuously strengthen systems and processes, giving feedback and performance data into structured improvements that enhance programme quality and delivery.
It is expected that you hold a degree with7–10 years’ experience in education operations or programme management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role and a proven experience building and managing high-performing teams in complex, cross-functional environments and strong project management capability (Lean, PMP, Prince2 or similar desirable) and experience operating within regulated or quality-assured environments
