As Learning & Development Technical Training Coordinator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid working model; 2 days in the office, 3 at home. Your new company requires you to join their team for 6 months.
Your new role
As Learning & Development Technical Training Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to, supporting the implementation of technical training and L&D strategies, supporting the L&D lead in identifying training requirements and competency gaps, scheduling and coordinating the logistical arrangements of training sessions, supporting with the management of the LMS, managing training records, liaising with vendors to arrange external training sessions and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. The ability to set up ongoing processes and procedures to collect and review information is essential. Proficiency using MS Suite, including Excel & PowerPoint, is essential. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines.
