Role Summary:
The Senior Learning & Development Specialist (UAEN) is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing learning and development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years' of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, preferably from Dubai government entity or large corporations
- Experience designing and implementing L&D programs, competency frameworks, and employee development initiatives aligned with organizational learning strategies
- Strong knowledge and practical application of AI in training and learning solutions
- Must have a UAE family book
