Role Description The Talent & Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs across BOUNCE Middle East. This role leads talent development initiatives, including performance reviews, leadership programs, and succession planning frameworks to support growth and retention. The Talent & Development Manager partners with managers to identify skill gaps, create training content, coordinate workshops, and track the effectiveness of development interventions. Daily activities include facilitating training sessions, coaching team members, managing development calendars, and maintaining learning resources aligned with BOUNCE’s culture and operational needs. The role also collaborates with HR and operations to ensure consistent development practices across venues and supports communication around talent programs and career paths.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Development and Talent Management to support employee growth and engagement.
- Strong background in Training & Development, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Knowledge of Succession Planning methods to build career pathways and leadership pipelines.
- Excellent Communication skills for facilitating sessions, coaching team members, and partnering with stakeholders.
- Experience in HR, organizational development, or learning and development within fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Ability to analyze talent data, measure training impact, and use insights to improve programs.
- Proficiency with learning management systems or digital training tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Comfort working on-site in an energetic, activity-based environment and aligning development initiatives with business goals.
