Role Purpose
To lead the operational delivery and business partnering of Group Learning & Development, ensuring effective execution of learning programs, workforce capability initiatives and L&D processes across Al Masaood Group, in alignment with business priorities and Group frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify learning capability needs and translate business priorities into relevant learning solutions
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of L&D activities, including learning plans, program implementation, communications, LMS administration, reporting and evaluation.
- Use Performance Management outcomes and TNA findings to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted learning interventions, working with HR Manager/ business stakeholders to address capability gaps.
- Drive learning adoption and implementation of Group learning initiatives, engaging stakeholders and supporting effective uptake across the business.
- Support in driving leadership and talent development initiatives, including succession-related development and targeted capability-building programs, in collaboration with the L&D Manager, Business & HR stakeholders.
- Implement & monitor L&D frameworks, policies, and processes ensuring consistent application, governance, compliance system integrity & data accuracy across the group
- Lead and deliver cross-functional L&D projects, initiatives, critical rollouts, coordinating stakeholders and driving implementation, adoption and timely execution across the Group.
- Manage L&D budget administration, including vendor selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, spend tracking and forecasting, ensuring value for money
- Develop & generate report on L&D performance, effectiveness, maintaining regular dashboards and management reports covering learning activity, participation, completion, spend, adoption & key outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or related HR function
- Proven experience in L&D business partnering, learning needs analysis and translating business requirements into learning capability solutions.
- Strong background in developing & implementing L&D policy frameworks, process & Service standards
- Experience in managing end-to-end learning operations, including learning plans, program delivery, vendor management, LMS administration, reporting and learning effectiveness.
- Proficiency with HRIS/LMS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, with an understanding of system processes, workflows & data integrity.
- Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and use data and insights to improve learning solutions and demonstrate business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology field is an advantage
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPD level 5/7, SHRM, ATD) are an advantage
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP Success Factor, Oracle or similar platforms) is preferred
