Job Purpose
Support learning & development and talent management initiatives to enhance employee skills, engagement, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and e-learning activities
- Manage LMS platforms and training records
- Support training calendars, reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
- Work with vendors and stakeholders for L&D initiatives
- Track training effectiveness, attendance, and employee progress
- Support training budgets, PRs, and vendor payments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of HR/L&D experience
- Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
