Job Title - Learning And Development Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Core Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end execution of all trainings being driven by the Corporate Learning team.
- Able to handle training-related tasks either independently or with minimal supervision.
- Able to collect, analyze, and report pre, during, and post-training data.
- Skills to handle large amounts of data to measure critical KPIs, design dashboards, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Maintain training trackers and other related information accurately in databases.
- Contribute towards content development needs in collaboration with other team members.
- Has some experience with digital learning management systems and the latest technology in use to enhance the learning experience.
- Effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to assess development needs.
- Good communication skills to work on training-related comms, employee engagement, and content development.
- Creative agility to find innovative solutions to problems and openness to working with different tools.
- Ensure compliance with existing SOPs and policies.
- Sustain a cost-conscious mindset with keen focus on quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Learning & Development.
- Hands-on experience with core Learning concepts and operations.
- Excels in operational execution and contribution towards strategic projects.
- Good data analytics and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management and team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and has some knowledge of other Learning tools and platforms.
