Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that support business performance and employee development. This role blends facilitation with instructional design, requiring someone who can translate business needs into clear, effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning content, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, eLearning modules, job aids, guides, and assessments
- Facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual) for employees at various levels
- Conduct training needs analyses in partnership with business leaders
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to all learning solutions
- Customize and update content based on audience feedback, business changes, and performance metrics
- Manage learning projects from concept through delivery and evaluation
- Leverage learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools, collaboration platforms) effectively
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development
- Proven experience developing and delivering in-person and eLearning content
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience working with business stakeholders
- Proficiency with learning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, LMS platforms, or similar
- Excellent writing, editing, and content design skills
- Highly organized

- Experience supporting corporate and operational training environments
- Certification in instructional design, adult education, or facilitation
