Job Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent management and Saudization in a multinational or regional organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in alignment with organizational needs and governmental regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and Saudization policies, with the ability to navigate complex bureaucratic processes.
- Demonstrated experience in building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry leaders to enhance local talent pipelines.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional talent acquisition strategy to identify, recruit, and retain top talent in alignment with Saudization objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering development and ensuring that team members are equipped to contribute to the organization’s talent strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement talent development programs that enhance employee skills and promote local leadership opportunities.
- Liaise with government entities to ensure compliance with Saudization regulations and advocate for policies that support local workforce development.
- Analyze workforce data to forecast talent needs and develop actionable plans to address skills gaps and succession planning requirements.
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives that promote inclusivity, employee engagement, and a high-performance workforce.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to create internship and training opportunities that support the Saudization agenda.
