About the role:
To support the Divisional Training Department to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery engages classroom training programs to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes.
- Conduct on‑the‑job training needs assessments to support the creation of the region’s Annual Training Plan.
- Oversee and track the implementation of annual training plans, ensuring Line Managers and Supervisors execute all scheduled activities.
- Facilitate comprehensive induction programs for new hires, ensuring they understand the company’s culture, policies, procedures, and role expectations.
- Manage and coordinate seasonal and developmental training initiatives, including Employee of the Month, Co‑op Trainees, Summer Trainees, the Graduate Program (GPT), and the annual Service Award Ceremony.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, corporate training, instructional delivery, training coordination, or any training‑related function.
- Experience in creating training content or material
- Experience in training delivery
- English Fluency
