Job Description

The Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Groupe CHRO) will spearhead the strategic transformation of our global human resources function, ensuring alignment with the organizational vision and strategic goals. Job Requirements

A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in an executive leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives across complex global organizations.
Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, and learning and development frameworks.
Demonstrated success in cultivating a culture of inclusion and diversity, resulting in improved employee engagement and reduced turnover.
