- Lead the design and deployment of high-quality, culturally relevant training programs—including classroom, e-learning, and blended solutions—that enhance technical expertise, sales performance, and customer service excellence.
- Define clear KPIs for all L&D initiatives and use data-driven analysis to measure training effectiveness, program adoption, and direct impact on business performance, reporting these insights to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business leaders, government entities, academic institutions, and external training providers to ensure alignment with industry best practices and national workforce development initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand key sales and aftersales processes, developing training that ensures compliance, optimizes performance, and enhances the end-to-end customer journey.
Who you are?

- You have a track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams. You excel at talent management, from conducting performance evaluations and identifying skill gaps to implementing development plans and resolving conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
- You possess strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles. You are adept at defining KPIs, analyzing training data, and making evidence-based decisions to continuously improve program effectiveness and ROI.
- With fluency in both Arabic and English, you have exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can effectively partner with senior leadership, represent the company in national forums, and build consensus across diverse groups.
