Trainer In Retail Customer Service Preferred
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employees’ skills and performance. The role involves identifying training needs, conducting sessions, and ensuring that individuals are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees or trainees
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with business objectives
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs
- Support employees in skill development, career growth, and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in content creation and instructional design
- Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes
