Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Training and Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This includes conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, coordinating employee learning and development activities, and overseeing training sessions to align with organizational goals. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Training & Development, Training, and Employee Training
- Proficiency in Employee Learning & Development and providing structured career growth opportunities
- Skills in Instructional Design and creation of effective and engaging training materials
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and measure program effectiveness
- Preferred experience in a medical or healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
