About the Role

We are looking for a passionate L&D Team Lead to design and lead T2's Learning & Development function. You will play a key role in building training programs from scratch, shaping leadership development, and driving a culture of continuous learning that supports T2's growth and digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute T2's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.

• Build training programs from scratch covering technical, behavioral, and functional areas.

• Develop and deliver leadership programs for executives and senior managers.

• Design and implement retention and succession planning frameworks.

• Create career development paths and individual development plans for high-potential talent.

• Drive a continuous learning culture through digital learning platforms and blended learning.

• Measure training impact and ROI to ensure tangible business outcomes.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record of building programs from scratch.

• Strong background in leadership development, succession planning, and retention strategies.

• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern learning technologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for people development and continuous improvement.
