Job Purpose
The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist supports the L&D Senior Manager in delivering high impact learning initiatives and ensuring smooth execution of learning operations across the organization. The role plays a key part in enabling end-to-end L&D operations, including course coordination, digital learning support, stakeholder engagement, and regular reporting. The specialist contributes to enhancing the overall learning experience by full administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) including other learning platforms, generating actionable insights through analytics, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives. In addition, the role requires a strategic and innovative mindset to support the capability building of Team Saudi by identifying impactful and cost-effective learning solutions and contributing to the development of a mature, high-performing L&D function.
Job Specific Accountabilities
LMS & Digital Learning Administration
- Manage end-to-end administration of the learning management system (LMS), including course uploads, assignments, user management, creating learning paths, and Learner/User support.
- Oversee effective utilization of the e-learning platform and other digital learning platforms to maximize adoption and learning impact.
- Ensure employees are accurately and promptly assigned required and recommended learning programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or access-related issues for learners in a timely manner.
L&D Operations Support
- Support planning and execution of L&D initiatives, programs, and events in alignment with the L&D strategy.
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and documentation for learning programs.
- Assist in vendor coordination and learning program implementation when required.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and learning materials for senior leadership.
- Contribute to the design and continuous enhancement of L&D frameworks, governance models, policies, and procedures.
Learner Support & Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to LMS and online learning platforms.
- Provide user guidance, tutorials, and onboarding support to enhance learning accessibility and engagement.
- Identify and resolve user experience gaps and continuously improve the digital learning journey.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce monthly reports covering course completions, utilization rates, learning hours, and engagement analytics.
- Analyze learning data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop dashboards and executive-ready reports to support data-driven decision-making.
