We’re looking for a motivated Learning & Development Engineer to design and deliver impactful technical and soft-skills training programs for our Irrigation Industries Sector. You’ll play a key role in developing employee capabilities, managing cooperative training initiatives, and ensuring an effective onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement annual training programs aligned with business goals.
• Develop and deliver technical training for operators and technical staff.
• Coordinate with educational institutions for cooperative and internship programs.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Identify training needs and track progress through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor training effectiveness and report on outcomes and ROI. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Engineering (technical background preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in training and development, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and training design methods.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English
