Job purpose:
The Organization Development (OD) Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and drive a culture of continuous learning and development. This role focuses on designing and implementing strategies that align with business goals, fostering talent development, and improving overall workplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organization Development & Change Management
- Develop and implement OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and cultural change.
- Design and manage programs related to organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
2. Talent & Leadership Development
- Develop and implement leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
4. Performance Management & Workforce Planning
- Enhance and implement performance management processes to drive accountability and growth.
- Work with business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
- Support career development initiatives to retain and engage top talent.
5. HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the impact of OD initiatives and improve decision-making.
- Identify best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in organizational development.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in organization development
