About the Role:
The Learning & Development Consultant plays a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and implementing training and development programs for clients across various sectors. The role involves conducting needs assessments, aligning learning interventions with organizational objectives, and ensuring the highest standards of program delivery on behalf of the firm. The Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting talent development and capability-building initiatives from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments and gap analyses for client organizations.
• Design customized learning and development strategies aligned with client goals and performance improvement objectives.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of training programs, including leadership, technical, and soft skills initiatives.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings to align learning solutions with business outcomes.
• Provide advisory support on competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-program analysis reports and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure quality assurance and consistency across all client engagements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, learning technologies, and talent development trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a consulting or training environment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver large-scale training or capability-building projects.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
