Key Responsibilities:

Lead talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Manage performance management processes and KPIs.
Design and oversee learning and development initiatives.
Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
Monitor talent metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
5+ years of HR experience, including 3–4 years in talent management.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
