Job Purpose: Act as the strategic L&D partner supporting the Business Development team on complex training requests, ensuring client needs are translated into measurable learning solutions with clear ROI.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify client challenges and solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals that outline learning interventions, methodology, and expected outcomes.
- Oversee the end-to-end training process with clients, ensuring smooth delivery and measurable impact.
- Manage learner enrollment and progress tracking across programs.
- Implement evaluation methodologies (surveys, feedback, ROI frameworks) to assess training impact.
- Provide learners with tools, templates, and job aids to apply skills directly in the workplace.
- Deliver post-training reports to clients, highlighting business outcomes and recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in training consultancy.
- Professional certification in Learning & Development is required, such as CIPD, CPTD, SHRM-SCP, TOT or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in TNA, instructional design, and evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI Model).
- Experience in managing learner enrollment and monitoring progress.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Experience with corporate and government clients in KSA is preferred.
