We are actively looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our HR team,
Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and learning priorities.
• Design and develop tailored training programs across soft skills, technical skills, and leadership competencies.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions using modern facilitation techniques.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to reinforce learning and improve on-the-job performance.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, performance KPIs, and ROI frameworks.
• Align all training initiatives with organizational strategies and business objectives.
• Maintain structured documentation, reports, and learning records for all training activities.
• Continuously enhance learning content based on feedback, trends, and evolving business needs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Organizational, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development with strong exposure to advanced training programs.
• Proven experience in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, or similar models).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills across multiple learning formats.
• Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick, ROI).
• Strong command of LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and e-learning development technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
