Job Overview:
The Learning & Development Senior Specialist supports the design and implementation of tailored learning solutions for client organizations. The role involves coordinating with subject matter experts, developing content frameworks, and ensuring alignment between learning objectives and client strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify training needs and learning priorities.
• Design and develop learning materials, facilitator guides, and participant handbooks.
• Support the implementation of learning programs through effective planning and coordination.
• Monitor training progress, collect participant feedback, and prepare evaluation reports.
• Ensure all learning solutions meet quality, consistency, and compliance standards.
• Assist in the development of learning frameworks, competency models, and skills matrices.
• Research and recommend innovative learning methodologies and tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content updates and program enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D design and implementation, preferably within a consulting or training company.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and digital learning tools.
