Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Officer to join our Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing learning and development programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and certifications.
- Support training needs assessments in coordination with department managers.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and employee development plans.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports.
- Manage communication with training providers and consultants.
- Assist in developing learning materials and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with L&D policies and procedures across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to create and organize learning materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to join immediately.
