As we expand our Training & Development operations, we are seeking a highly experienced Learning & Development Senior Manager to join Tharwah Training Academy.
Position Overview
The Learning & Development Senior Manager will drive the development, enhancement, and delivery of high-impact learning solutions at Tharwah Training Academy. This role provides strategic leadership over training program design, instructional development, curriculum quality, client proposal development, and learning innovation. The position ensures that all learning solutions meet industry best practices while supporting the Academy’s growth objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Academy’s learning solutions and programs.
- Lead continuous improvement of training delivery, curriculum development, and learner experience.
- Develop strategies to expand revenue through new learning products and solutions.
- Contribute to strategic planning and executive-level decision-making.
Learning Solutions Development
- Oversee the design of high-quality training programs aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure all programs integrate modern learning methodologies and technologies.
- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and identify improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare technical proposals and provide expert insights on service pricing.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to understand organizational learning needs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, training providers, and industry organizations.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Learning Solutions team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Allocate budgets and manage resources effectively.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for senior leadership.
- Ensure learning solutions meet quality, compliance, and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
- Strong experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and program management.
- Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Proficiency with LMS Platforms, e-learning development tools, and modern instructional technologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in learning and development roles, with a focus on instructional design, curriculum development, and program management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and instructional technologies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia development software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
