Job Title: Organizational Development Senior Specialist
Location:
HQ Office – Riyadh
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizational Development (OD):
- Develop job descriptions by conducting job analysis across all functions to identify required functional needs, competencies, and accountabilities.
- Design and maintain the Company organization structures across all functions in line with operating models and best practices.
- Develop and maintain job families and use them to build career paths with keeping consistency across job families.
- Review and approve the workforce plans.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Build company-level learning and development programs based on the training needs analysis.
- Monitor performance of -learning platform and use feedback of business Partnering on delivered trainings to make improvements/ enhancements.
- Continuously analyse the regulations requirements and identify the resulting employees’ development requirements.
Talent Management:
- Set up the career paths for the company in alignment with the Job Families and the organization's strategies.
- Set up the succession planning framework across the company.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
- Conduct a job evaluation to determine relative job weights.
- Develop the grading structure and define the company job architecture.
- Develop the salary grid for all employees.
- Define, manage and administer all employee's annual salary increments while ensuring alignment with performance.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage Performance Management policies and procedures to uphold HR governance principles.
- Design and develop the company performance management system (PMS), including key metrics, parameters, etc.
- Manage objectives and KPI setting across all company functions in line with the PMS.
Manage and monitor the performance management cycle and generate performance reports on a regular basis.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required
Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP or any ERP System
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration Management, or any business-related discipline.
