About Optimize Wealth Management: Optimize Wealth Management offers a comprehensive training and support program to help financial professionals grow their practices. We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to help us execute this vision.
The opportunity: We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at our Toronto office. You will be responsible for executing and supporting the delivery of our customizable training programs, ensuring that our internal teams and external partners are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and online, for new and existing employees and financial professionals.
- Support the Learning Experience Designer in creating and updating training materials.
- Administer the learning management system (LMS) and track participant progress.
- Gather feedback on training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to learners as needed.
- Help organize and coordinate training events and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.
- Experience with a learning management system (LMS).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping others learn and grow.
